- Hi there!
-
- I've been trying to connect an IDE CD-ROM drive to my BSC 2008 AT-Bus
- controller, but it just doesn't work. Every single software package I
- try simply says that it can't open oktagon.device unit 1...
-
- I've tried ASIMCDFS,AMICDFS and AMICDR115...
- all with the same result: none:(
-
- Does anyone know, whether it is possible at all to connect an IDE CD-ROM
- to an Amiga... and whether it is possible with an Oktagon 2008 AT
- controller?
-
- I have an Amiga 2000, with a GVP 68030/882 turboboard.
- Oktagon 2008 AT/IDE Bus controller.
- Connor CFS1275A connected to this controller.
- And the CD-ROM is a VUEGO CD625A (double speed), which I temporarely
- ripped out of my PC:)
-
- I've set the harddisk to Master and the CD-ROM to slave. (As in my PC)
- But what should I do with 'cable select'?
-
- Any help is much appreciated!
